All parcels will be packed thoroughly and shipped with insurance and tracking number. You will feel almost no difference to ordering things in your own country! All items will be shipped from our delivery center (JPstores Delivery Center). This will save you shipping costs when buying from more than one store and also assure your purchases are professionally packed and shipped. Shipping fees will be charged seperately from the product prices.

Your shoppings will arrive at our delivery center (JPstores Delivery Center) within 2-3 days after purchase. Note: Delivery time will vary by store. Please contact the respective store you bought from for details. You will receive an email for "Arrival Notification" from us. Note: If you have bought items from different stores, you will get this email each time we have received an item. After all your items have arrived we will prepare to ship them in one box (sometimes more, depending on size). You will receive an invoice email. We will ship upon payment reception (usually by PayPal). Note: You will receive the invoice when all of your items have arrived and are ready for shipping. Shipping cost will be set by measuring the size and weight. You will receive an email for "Shipping Notification". It contains your tracking number, dispatch data and other important information. Please keep it thoroughly until your parcel reaches the designated shipping address.
