Pay to the shop Order confirmation When your order is proceeded, you will receive an email from the shop. User information Shipping address Purchase information When the shop's email address for PayPal is shown When you confirm your purchase information, please pay the amount via PayPal to the email address shown in the confirmation email. When the shop's email address for PayPal is not shown When you confirm your purchase information, please wait for a stock confirmation email from the shop and pay the amount via PayPal to the email address shown in the stock confirmation email. PayPal Log into PayPal, and pay the amount directly to the shop. (The amount and paypal email address are shown in the confirmation email.) Pay to the delivery center Delivery center Your items should arrive at our delivery center within 2 to 3 days after purchase. (When the items are on stock) Note: Delivery will vary by stores. Please contact your stores for delivery time. When the shop receives the payment, your parcel will be shipped to the delivery center. Delivery center You will receive a message for “Invoice for the shipping cost”on your Contact board. Payment must be made to us before we ship. Note: You will receive the message as we receive all your items. Shipping cost will be set by measuring the size and weight. Delivery center Log into PayPal, and pay the shipping cost to delivery center. (The amount and paypal email address are shown in the confirmation email.) International shipping Your parcel will be shipped when your payment for the shipping cost is confirmed. You will receive a message for “Shipping Notification” on your Contact board. It contains tracking number, dispatch data and other important information. Notification mail Every time there is a message or answer from Delivery center / shops, you will get an e-mail notification to your registered e-mail address. *If you do not open your message within 72 Hours, you will get another notification mail. You will get such a mail every 72 Hours for 30 days if our message remains unread. Returns/Exchanges Please note that goods one purchased cannot be returned/exchanges. Shops will accept returns/exchanges for orders only in the circumstance of manufacturer’s defects, or in the case of a shipment containing the wrong sizes / style / colors. When the shipping cost is not paid, your parcels will be pending at the delivery center and no returns/exchanges accepted.
