Delivery center
When the shop receives the payment, your parcel will be shipped to the delivery center.

| Rates You will receive an "invoice message for the shipping cost" on your Contact board (in your MyPage) after the item has arrived at the delivery center. Payment must be made to the delivery center before international shipping.

It contains tracking number, dispatch data and other important information. |

Import tax and restricted items
Depending on the regulations in your country, import tax may or may not
be charged by your customs authorities. Also, some articles might be restricted
in your country. Please be aware of that and inform yourself in order to
avoid annoyances. Import tax issues are in the sole responsibility of the
customer.
About tax payment EMS If duties have to be paid, you will usually receive a postcard from the local authorities. Taxes and duties can be paid at the post office. -Please note that the payment method may change, depending on the country. FedEx FedEx will automatically declare the items based on the information given by you, and pay in advance. You will have to pay the taxes when the parcel is delivered. |

| Please note that goods one purchased cannot be returned/exchanges. Shops will accept returns/exchanges for orders only in the circumstance of manufacturer’s defects, or in the case of a shipment containing the wrong sizes / style / colors. When the shipping cost is not paid, your parcels will be pending at the delivery center and no returns/exchanges accepted. |
